Delivery date

What is the earliest possible delivery date?

Delivery is usually available 3 to 5 days after placing your order, but for "Random Flowers"arrangements, next-day delivery may be possible.
Same-day delivery is not available.

We use Kuroneko Yamato’s Next-Day Delivery Service to deliver flowers throughout Japan.
All flowers are carefully packaged in special boxes to prevent any delays during delivery.

For example, if we ship your order on Monday, it will be delivered on Tuesday — this is standard practice in Japan.

You may select your preferred delivery time slot.
If the recipient is not home, the courier can reschedule a redelivery upon request.

Note: Since flowers are perishable, they will not be left at the door unattended.

Flower preference

What to do if I want specific flowers?
  Please choose the product that best matches your preference and specify your desired flowers or colors in the remarks section. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

For example, if you want only red and yellow flowers, select your preferred product and write in the remarks section:
"Please use only red and yellow flowers."

Please send your order by email at least 3 to 5 days before the desired delivery date.
After confirming your order, we will purchase fresh flowers from the market and deliver them to the recipient.

Note:

Sunflowers are not available in winter.

Tulips are not available in summer.

Lilies are very expensive in Japan.
(These are normal seasonal conditions in Japan.)
Delivery when you are not at home

I'm worried she might go out and miss the delivery. How can I confirm whether the flowers have been received?
  If the recipient is not at home, we will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox.
Once we receive a call from the recipient, we will redeliver the gift at their preferred time.
We are happy to attempt redelivery as many times as needed.


Note:
Delivery may be delayed if there is incomplete or incorrect information such as address, phone number, or sender/recipient details.
Please make sure all recipient information is accurate before placing your order.


Delivery may also be delayed due to weather conditions such as snow, typhoons, earthquakes, or traffic disruptions.

Starting June 1, 2023, if a change of delivery address is requested due to unknown, incorrect, or outdated information (e.g., recipient relocation),
any additional shipping charges will be cash on delivery and will be the recipient's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy If you would like to cancel your order you must notify us as soon as you possibly can and not later than 36 hours in advance of the delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may incur charges up to the value of your order.

Except for defective products, all orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once payment has been made.
Due to the nature of fresh flowers, returns are generally not accepted.

However, if any problems occur, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that even if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, you may still be charged for the cost of the gift.

Is delivery available on Sundays and other holidays?

Can you enclose a card from my name and my letter?
We will include a message card upon request.

Of course yes. We would like you to e-mail the message for her with your order. When we get your messege, we print it out to a message card.
Can you deliver to camp of military base in Okinawa? Unfortunately, NO deliveries can be made to campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports.
  I want to send wine to girlfriend,Do you have alcohol? We are not currently accepting alcohol deliveries.
