Please place your order by email 3 to 5 days before your desired delivery date.
We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your order.

The confirmation email will include the total amount for your order.
Please complete the payment via PayPal at least 3 days before the delivery date.

Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal.
A PayPal account is not required.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted
(e.g., MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc.).

• PayPal is a global online payment system that supports 16 currencies.

• You can pay using your credit card or PayPal account.

• You can shop safely without sharing your credit card information.

We will arrange and ship your flowers.
The flowers will be delivered to the recipient on the specified date.
This completes your order.

We will send a confirmation email after the delivery is completed.

As of June 1, 2023,
if you request a change of delivery address due to an unknown or incorrect address, or recipient relocation,
the shipping fee will be charged cash-on-delivery.
The recipient will be responsible for the shipping cost.
