How to Order: By Email Only

Please place your order by email 3 to 5 days before your desired delivery date.
Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email.

Email confirmation times: 10:00 / 13:00 / 17:00 on business days

※ Delivery charge and tax are included in the listed price.


Ordering is Simple!

1. Order Number、Color & Budget
(Please let us know your desired price range.)

During summer (June to September), flowers are delivered using refrigerated trucks.
Because of this, there is a size limit for delivery.
We are unable to create large arrangements or bouquets exceeding ¥11,000.

3. Preferred Delivery Date and Time Slot
(You may select your desired delivery time from the following options:)
Morning (8-12)/ 14:00–16:00 / 16:00–18:00 / 18:00–20:00 / 19:00–21:00

4. Recipient's Address, Name, and Phone Number
Please ensure the delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  5. Message Card
(If you send us your message via email, we will print it on our original card and include it with the flowers.)

Double-check the information before placing your order.

As of June 1, 2023,
if you request a change of delivery address due to an unknown or incorrect address, or recipient relocation,
the shipping fee will be charged cash-on-delivery.
The recipient will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Important Notes

If there are any inaccuracies or missing information (such as name, phone number, or address),
your delivery may be delayed.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left at the door or mailbox.
Please note: Flowers are perishable items.
Be sure to specify a delivery address where the recipient can receive them promptly.


Delivery Information

We ship flowers via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato), a trusted courier service.
Fast and reliable delivery is guaranteed.

Most areas in Japan are eligible for delivery.
Standard delivery time slots are from 10:00 to 21:00 daily.
You may specify your preferred delivery time.

Note: We currently do not deliver to the following areas:
Hokkaido / Kyushu / Okinawa
